BC are you losing your connection on and off as I was having that trouble for ages then finally managed to speak to a guy in India working for BT who knew what he was talking about and although it took a phone call of getting of for 45mins I am now connected and staying connected. (the call was at their expense to) one of the things he did get me to do was change to a different channel.

Not sure if this helps or not - but do you have Sky BC?? just asking, cos I was having major probs with my BT connection & it all boiled down to the fact that I also had my Sky box plugged into the phone socket! Once I unplugged Sky then no probs whatsoever - I just plug it in a few times a month now so that it can download whatever it needs to!

<smug mode>50 Mb roll out scheduled for my area<\smug> Actually a bit pointless at moment I mean do I need to be able to download a two hour movie in seven minutes rather than 18? It still takes two hours to watch it.
