The second ped rider only stopped to wait for the first ped rider to walk out of his way as it would be quicker than riding around him....
I have found that people's reactions to accidents differ a lot from their reaction to a mechanical breakdown.
Must admit I find all of these accident/incident videos a little hard to watch... *peering out from behind settee*
