Held near the village of Clapham in the Yorkshire dales, on the southern slopes of Ingleborough and the cusp of the Forest of Bowland, with the peaks of the Lake District on the horizon.
Tickets:
Weekend: £65 includes camping.
Day: £30 includes camping until 10am the following day.
See website re: camping on Thursday.
Car parking is free.
Rough Beats Festival returns for its ninth consecutive year with its biggest line-up to date. Featuring the talents of breakthrough sensation Azealia Banks, Gruff Rhys, and Pulled Apart By Horses, the three-day event set in the Yorkshire Dales looks set to be the most memorable yet.
See their website for a full list of bands appearing.
People can bring as much food and drink to the camping area as they like but will only be able to take open drinks into the arena and strictly no glass or breakables.
There are disabled loos and disabled access throughout the site, please contact the organisers if you have specific queries and they will clarify the situation and make appropriate arrangements.
Food and drink is as cheap as is possible and still delivers a quality product. Typically these are better prices than the local Northern pub.
It is possible to walk in to the village from the site, which is very pretty, where there is a good general store, a good pub, quite a few B Bs and cafes.
You can also leave the site by car but re-entry by car will incur a charge.
There is a general store on the site which offers all the essentials and from which you can place orders for things not stocked.
See their website for more information.
