haha I am, don't worry.
Unfortunately it involves a lot of sitting back, waiting and watching while things update, try to install, etc.
The backup server has been a lifesaver! Thank god I planned the environment well when I built it a couple of years back.
I did do a regular backup. Problem was - I corrupted the latest backup while trying to update it. Only option I had then was to go back to a 12-month old backup. Long story but I'm definitely gonna make more images.
I got the server back online in a few hours but it's taken me until now to get it reconfigured and updates applied etc.
Good news though... we're back running on the master server 100% now! Thanks for all your patience!
I'll have my easter weekend next week i think lol
just got this msg, trying to get into what made you smile forum
Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0113'
Script timed out
/sites/bm/forum/posts.asp
The maximum amount of time for a script to execute was exceeded. You can change this limit by specifying a new value for the property Server.ScriptTimeout or by changing the value in the IIS administration tools
Thats weird. Did it refresh ok? Oh I know what it is, I forgot to change a setting on the database server after moving back off the backup server. Ok fixed, see if it happens again
